Welcome to our condo on the west side of Maui. Kahana is in the historic town of Lahaina centrally located between Ka’anapali and Kapalua, with tranquil beaches and championship golf courses a quick drive away. Away from the crowds, you will feel like a local in Kahana with convenient access to beaches and all the amenities you need within the complex on the ground floor and a short walk away.

**NOTE: THE LANAI FACES THE MAIN HIGHWAY, SO THERE CAN BE ROAD NOISE. The parking area in the back also has a generator that runs throughout the day. Guests mention that it is not noticeable with the AC units on, but we have white noise machines for both the bedroom and living room for added comfort.

The location

Our condo is located in the Kahana Manor complex, which is very popular with local residents, with easy access on the ground floor to a grocery store, restaurants and beach rental shop. You will notice a nice mix of locals and vacationers.
Walk across the street to a quiet beach and enjoy the sunset between Moloka’i and Lanai. Take a 5 minute stroll down the road to Pohaku Park and then “S turns” for a picnic and some surfing. You will feel a world away in peaceful Kahana, where you can relax and take in the beauty of West Maui.
Across the street is the Kahana Gateway Center, home to the famous Maui Brewing company with a daily happy hour. Enjoy coffee and delicious bagel sandwiches at Hawaiian Village Coffee and grab some snacks and shave ice at the Whalers General Store.

You get the entire condo and access to the pool and guest area. Please make yourself at home.

Simply the best

This property was in the perfect location! Clean and bright with beach chairs ready for us to use. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!! Walk to the beach and a great little coffee place. (Maybe I should leave a bad review so others don’t discover this secret paradise?) seriously, you won’t regret staying here!

Great place to stay in Maui

We’ve been to all the Islands and this was our best vacation because of the condo. The condo was remodeled and very clean. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom and my daughter slept on the sofa sleeper - the sofa sleeper could easily fit two adults comfortably. After a long day of exploring the island it was nice to chill on the Lanai and plan what we were going to do on the next day. We used the washing machines and dryer a few times to wash our swimming clothes after a day at the beach snorkeling. The internet was fast, if you have kids then you know what I’m talking about - Ha! The condo was well equipped: Pots, pans, utensils, detergent, toiletries, cooler/chair/towels for the beach, etc 
 Pro tip to save money: Buy food at Costco or Walmart (Both next to the airport) and store it in the refrigerator or freezer. We saved on breakfast because my wife bought food at the local supermarket, “Times” which was very close to the condo. McDonald's was very close as well, my daughter ate there a lot because she’s a picky eater. It’s walking distance to an uncrowded beach. The parking was close to the condo, in fact you can see your car from the Lanai. Not like some resorts where you have to hike to your room from the parking lot - Ha! I liked that a code is used to enter the condo, rather than a key that could get lost. The only negative thing is that it can be pretty noisy since it’s next to a busy road. But that did not matter to me because we had the air condition on and I was super tired from the activities we did that day, so I slept right through the noise. We want to go back to this place every year and that is the first time we can say that about any condo/hotel.

Great quiet spot!

This condo was super clean and cozy and the perfect spot to explore Maui. Jen and Jason were super accommodating and helpful and I’d definitely recommend this place for other couples or small families visiting the island.
