Any disturbance shall not constitute a breach of your agreement with Maui Westside & does not entitle the guest to any refund or rental adjustment.

PARKING: $10.95 daily parking fee (per vehicle) is paid directly to the front desk at check-in.

BEACHES: Beaches in Hawaii change size from month to month due to the surf, currents and tides. Beaches may be larger, smaller or nonexistent depending on the current season and conditions.

OCCUPANCY: This Rental Property may be occupied by no more than 6 persons. All persons: Adults, children and infants count toward the total number of occupants - no exceptions.
