• Cashless Resort Operations: Please note that this is a strictly cashless resort. There is no cash available on-site, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment for all services, rentals, and transactions.

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Standard check-in for the Villas begins strictly at 4:00 PM, and checkout time is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Studio Villa Layout: Specially engineered for up to 4 guests, this layout features a King bed, a sofa bed, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a functional kitchenette complete with a cooktop, full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

• Physical Structural Notice: The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas operates using an Allocate Upon Arrival system. Specific unit assignments, building blocks, and exact floor levels are determined dynamically by the resort front desk team at the time of check-in.

• Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) Strategy: Hawaiian Electric may implement preventive power shutoffs without notice to help prevent wildfires. These potential outages can occur at any time and may last for one to three days. Owners and guests are advised to travel with any necessary personal supplies, emergency backups, or essential medical equipment they may require.

[b]HOUSE RULES / POLICIES[/b]

• Credit Card Authorization Policy: All reservations must be held with a valid credit card. Upon check-in, a valid government-issued photo ID is required. A mandatory $200.00 security deposit hold will be authorized on your major credit card before or upon arrival. Funds will be released post-departure following a successful room inspection.

• Minimum Age to Register: To check in and register as the primary guest at this luxury property, you must be strictly 21 years of age or older.

• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Committed to a smoke-free environment. Smoking products of any kind, including electronic smoking devices, vapes, and tobacco, are strictly prohibited inside your villa or on your private patio/balcony, and doing so may result in a $250.00 USD cleaning charge. For outdoor designated smoking areas, please consult your resort map.

• Service Animal & Strict Pet Policy: Family pets are strictly prohibited on the resort grounds and inside accommodations. Certified service animals are welcome. Unapproved pets will result in a strictly enforced $500.00 USD Room Recovery Fee, and the animal must be moved to an off-site boarding facility.

[b]IMPORTANT NOTICE:[/b]

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
