The Space:
Hill River Nature by Tiny Away is located in the coastal town of Jurien Bay, offering a stunning view of the Indian Ocean. Just a 15-minute drive from Jurien Bay Jetty, our tiny house is a great spot for relaxing water activities.

Discover the beauty of this region, with Sandy Cape and Sandy Cape Recreation Park. Explore the iconic limestone formations of the Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park and the scenic lookouts of Lesueur National Park.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guest Access:
Guests can access to the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the blue barn shed.

ADVISORY:

- Please expect motorbike noise during the holidays.
- We recommend guests to dress lightly during summer.
- We would like to advise guests to check with their mobile network service provider to confirm the availability of network coverage.

The Neighborhood:
Hill River Nature Reserve by Tiny Away is located at Jurien Bay, around two hours from Perth. This tiny house offers a stunning view of the Indian Ocean, perfect for fishing and swimming activities. Our holiday homes are the ideal base to access local restaurants, national parks, and natural attractions in the Western Australian region.

Explore local flavors at Meraki, Lobster Shack Cervantes, and Family Affair Cafe, or enjoy a camping trip at Sandy Cape Recreation Park. See the stunning coastal scene of Sandy Cape and go swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and sandboarding.

You have to see the breathtaking Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park, famous for its unique limestone formations and vibrant wildflower displays. Take in panoramic views at Lesueur National Park, a picturesque mesa just 21 km from Jurien Bay, known for its lush landscapes and scenic lookouts.

Getting Around:
By car:

- From Perth to jurien bay is 2.5 hrs. 250klm
- My property is located 15 mins out of jurien town in a semi rural area.
- 2wd. 4wd

By public transport:

- One local taxi.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
- BBQ is a gas bottle, please clean up after using it.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
