Absolutely no parties or events to be held at the property
Quiet hours start at 10pm. Please keep any music and noise to a low respectable level, as we like our neighbors and want to respect their evening quiet time. You may bring one dog which must weigh 25 pounds or less. Your dog must always be leashed outside and is only allowed on grass within the owner`s courtyard.
Owners must clean up after their dog to maintain courtyards and common areas.

Vehicles:
Vehicles must be licensed, insured, and operable.
The following are not allowed overnight (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM): trucks, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or motorized scooters.
Parking is only permitted in designated spaces. There are a total of two deeded parking spots for this property. One parking spot is in front of the garage and the other is just to the right of the garage. Parking on grass, landscaped areas, or streets is prohibited.
Skateboards or scooters are not allowed in common areas.

A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.
