THE BEACH: "Kai Villa" which translates to House by the Sea in Hawaiian, is a luxury 1 bed 1.5 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of Community Lake and is conveniently located just minutes from Jupiter Beach.
THE COMMUNITY:
The community offers 2 heated pools, on site restaurant called Twisted Tuna which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake. The community also offers a BBQ area at the pool, hot tub and on site tennis courts.
INSIDE:
This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped and new kitchen with double fridge, gorgeous Quartz counter tops, a chef's faucet, deep single basin sink and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Don't forget it's a POSHPADZ Luxury Property so you will have huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedroom. The spacious Master Suite will offer luxurious King size bed and flat screen TV. The living room offers a beautiful high quality leather sleeper sofa so you can sleep 4 in total in this new unit. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location!

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.
We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.
