Your private tri-plex includes three two-bed apartments in a quiet neighborhood two miles from the Mendenhall glacier. One is a two bath extra large private apartment with in-floor heating, quartz countertops, access to a private large deck from the living room, family room, one and 3/4 baths, and washer and dryer in the unit. All three units have a fully equipped kitchen, TV with streaming capabilities, dining, living room, and have parking in front of each private entrance and porch. Each unit has one room with a queen bed and the other unit with a full-sized bed.

Self-check in with a lock box - late check-in is not a problem. You'll be given the lock box code a few days prior to your arrival.

Check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. We offer early check-in and late check-out options if it's available, for a fee of $50.

It is conveniently located in the Mendenhall Valley 6 miles from the Juneau Ferry Terminal, 2.5 miles from the airport (25 min bus ride), 2 miles from the famous Mendenhall Glacier, 4.5 miles from the University of Alaska, and 10.5 miles from Downtown Juneau.

Pets are welcome upon approval for a fee. Please inquire about monthly pet fees. We want to offer pet friendly places and we want your business, but we want you to be happy. We strive to keep the properties clean and maintained for all guests, which this fee helps pay for. You'll be asked to rate the value of your experience, and If this fee creates a diminished value perception, then we hope you find another fabulous place for your party.

Host, Kelli, happens to be a co-owner of a large tour company with over 25 tours throughout Alaska. She offers 10% discount on all tours offered by the company, Alaska Travel Adventures, to her vacation rental guests. Popular tours offered in Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway, and Sitka include whale watching, salmon bakes, river rafting, kayaking, canoe tours, boat tours, hiking, gold panning, private cars, Mendenhall Glacier tours, jeep tours, Alaska RV and Cruise tour packages, and more. Easy check-in process – You'll be able to self-check in. Kelli will give you check-in details prior to arrival, including a lock box code. You'll be able to access the rental at your leisure after check-in time, at 4pm. We offer early check-in options, if it's available a couple days prior to your arrival for $25-$50, depending on your arrival time.

Great Communication – Kelli is known to be responsive to guests before, during, and after their stay. You can expect prompt responses to your questions. She'll respond to web site messages as soon as she can.

Clean Accommodations – Your private apartment should be sparkling clean. If anything is awry, let us know immediately. We'll do our best to fix it!

Great Mendenhall Valley Location – Walk to the Mendenhall Glacier or take advantage of great pike paths and trails. It's close to many activities and amenities.

Accurate Description of the space - We try to make continuous improvements when guests make suggestions and do my best to keep the changes updated and published.
