UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES
đŸPET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.
đ¶PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.
đČPET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 + tax per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing any pups.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.
đ„EXTRA GUEST POLICY: Our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We can host up to 6 total:

COMPLIMENTARY: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day for potential early access.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour ($10/hour for guests that book direct) starting as early as 1:00 PM.
â° CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour ($10/hour for guests that book direct).
đNO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.

đȘłBUGS: Regular treatments are conducted, but our proximity to farms may lead to indoor bugs. Keep doors closed to minimize this.
đBEDS: medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.
đč SECURITY: A video doorbell is in place on the exterior of the entrance.
âïž AIR CONDITIONING: A portable AC unit is provided and effective but it isn't quite.
đ ïž BUILDING EXTERIOR: While the interior is tastefully decorated, the exterior is a plain 4-plex. Please refer to listing photos for an accurate depiction.
đ§șWASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat between Lakes Basin Village and Joseph and we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).
