Waste of Time & Money
BEWARE -By far one of the worst Hotel.com experiences I've had. I booked the room and once I get there to check in, THEN they tell me that they there is a $100 Security Deposit required. I DO NOT recall seeing that on there description at all or I wouldnt have booked it. Not only Is it a REQUIREMENT to make this deposit with a major credit card or brick and mortar bank card, but also you CANT make this deposit in cash! Who doesn't take cash? I requested that if I made the deposit could I get that back in cash at check out so I don't have to wait 7-10 days for it to post back to my account. Of course that was not an option. The lady running the front desk was not only snobby but downright hateful. She didn't offer to help in any way so basically I paid for a room and they kept my money and I had to go somewhere else and get a room. So $250 later I found a room 14 miles away. Hotels.com also didn't offer any help. No thanks, no nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
