The Beach House

This spectacular three-bedroom beachfront villa is located in the family-friendly, gated community of Jolly Harbour. The spacious and modern luxury property has an incredibly stylish private pool and sun lounge area surrounded by tropical greenery, creating privacy and tranquility, while still allowing for breathtaking waterfront views of the beach, only a few steps away.



The expansive open-concept, living space has been carefully decorated with a predominantly gray and white color palette. The fixtures and furniture complement this neutral decor, while the furnishings and wall art introduce pops of color to help create a warmth and vibrancy within the peaceful space.



The beach house is fully equipped with modern appliances in the kitchen, and extremely chic but still incredibly comfortable furniture in the interior and exterior living and dining areas. There are mosquito nets throughout, plus ceiling fans and air conditioning to ensure your comfort no matter the weather. High ceilings and large glass sliding doors invite natural light and tropical breezes as you take in the stunning views of the ocean before you.



There are three bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the other two have queen beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a workspace and lamp, accent chair, bedside tables and lamps, spacious wardrobe and storage space. All the ensuite bathrooms are equipped with modern and stylish fixtures and fittings. The master bedroom features a large sofa, a double sink and a bathtub and large glass sliding doors lead to a private outdoor patio furnished with two sun loungers, two chairs and two center tables.



There is a private swimming pool, manicured gardens, and a built-in BBQ, creating the perfect atmosphere for guests to dine and socialize poolside. Or if you prefer to wander down to your private beach, the easy access offers a fantastic opportunity to embrace those relaxing days at the beach.



Housekeeping is provided daily from 9 am - 2 pm, ensuring your stay remains comfortable and pristine. With a maximum occupancy of six guests, this idyllic beach house is perfect for families or small groups seeking an unforgettable getaway. For any additional guests, prior authorization from the agent/owner is required, with a maximum of four extra persons. Please note that loud music is not permitted after 9 pm to preserve the tranquility of the surroundings. On-site open-air parking is available for your convenience.
