Relax at our gorgeous, recently refurbished 2 bedroom villa, situated on the beautiful South Finger of the Jolly Harbour resort. It is located approx. 3 minutes walk away from the white sands and turquoise crystal clear waters of the south beach.

The gated community boasts its own large supermarket, shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, bars and restaurants. An outdoor Swimming pool with sun loungers/tennis courts/ squash court and a gym. Plus a 18 hole golf course. The pool is free to use, the other amenities require a fee to be paid direct.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55” television and wifi internet access.

This villa has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
The bedrooms are havens of cool and comfort, with bags of storage space.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. There is a private balcony overlooking the water and views beyond.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.

There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and basin and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and basin and a walk-in shower.
The ground floor bathroom has a toilet and basin.

The lounge and both bedrooms have individual air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Linen, towels (excludes beach towels), a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

There is also space to moor a 40ft boat on the private mooring or just sit on the veranda and watch the world go by on the water and hills beyond.

It is less than 30 minutes away from Antigua airport and the capital of St.Johns. English Harbour, Nelsons Dockyard and Shirley heights are also a must see.

Local taxis are always on hand and car hire is widely available to discover and explore the rest of the island and soak up the Caribbean vibe. (See our guide for good contacts)

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12pm. (It may be possible to arrange a later check out time, dependant on other bookings for a small fee)
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of $80.

Additional Fees:
An Antiguan Tourist Tax is applicable and equates to $5USD/person/night. Children under 5 years old are exempt. You will be asked to transfer the applicable amount 14 days before your trip.

Should you wish to arrange intermediate cleaning this can be arranged direct with our on island team at HBK at an additional cost, to be paid direct.
