This apartment is ideal for families, offering a relaxing retreat equipped with all the essentials to ensure a memorable stay in the holy city.

The Space:
The apartment features a well-appointed bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room offers a cozy space with a sofa bed, perfect for additional guests. The bathroom, while functional, is narrower than average (75cm wide), so we want our guests to be aware. Guests have access to parking and a fantastic rooftop area. The apartment's prime location is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the vibrant Mahane Yehuda Market, and a quick 2-minute tram ride from a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping malls.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to a shared laundry room next to the roof, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The rooftop is also accessible to all guests, offering a space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Please note that access to the roof is via stairs, and there is no Shabbat elevator.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located 50 meters from the tram station "Jaffa Center" which takes you in 7 minutes to the bus station or other neighborhood or sites of Jerusalem as Yad Vashem
Getting Around:
The apartment's prime location offers easy access to Jerusalem's vibrant heart. Public transportation, including the light rail, is a mere 2-minute walk away, providing convenient connections to key destinations. The apartment is located at HaHavatzelet St 19, Jerusalem, Israel. While parking is available on the premises, guests can also explore the city on foot, with many attractions, including the Old City and the Mahane Yehuda Market, within walking distance. The apartment is situated in the Nachalat Shiv'a district, offering a blend of cultural experiences and modern amenities.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that according to local tax regulations, Israeli citizens are subject to a 17% VAT. Guests who are not Israeli citizens may be exempt from VAT during their stay in Israel by presenting their border control pass card (B2 stay permit), which is provided at the airport. Failure to provide this document will result in a 17% tax charge.
Please note that we are unavailable on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. If your stay begins on a Saturday or a Jewish holiday, please contact us prior to booking to make necessary arrangements.

During your stay, I'm readily available via Whats App for any questions or assistance regarding Jerusalem or the apartment. Please note that I'm generally unavailable on Saturdays due to Shabbat.
