A quiet apartment located in the heart of Jerusalem in the luxurious 'Savyon View' residence tower. The apartment offers stunning panoramic views of Jerusalem, including an incredible garden on the tenth floor overlooking the Old City.
The apartment features a balcony, 24-hour security, a lobby, plasma TV, Smart TV, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The apartment is located on the Sixth floor, with a standard safe room (mamad) available on the same floor.
Location: A 10-minute walk from the Mamilla complex and the Old City, a 5-minute walk from the famous Mahane Yehuda market, and 2 minutes from the light rail and a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping malls.
Local Tax Information: In accordance with Israeli law, Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT on top of the price displayed on the website. Tourists (holding a B2 entry visa) are exempt from this payment upon presenting their visa permit from the airport.
For our Sabbath-observing guests: Check-out after Shabbat (on Saturday night) is possible for an additional fee of 300 ILS.
The Space:
The living room is full of light thanks to the high windows. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains basic amenities. Kitchen is part of the living room. The bedroom spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The room quiet despite the central location of the place. You can close the blinds for a dark atmosphere. Shades are ultra modern electrical blinds.
The toilets are inside the bathroom and washing machine is available on spot.
You will be able to enjoy also from TV and free WiFi in the entire apartment.
I provide my guests with fresh linens and towels.
Guest Access:
The entire apartment and all of its amenities are available to you, including a private parking
spot. The building has an incredible garden that is located on the 10th floor and overlooks the
city that you are welcome to use.
The Neighborhood:
The luxurious tower "Savyon View" is ideally situated in Jerusalem at Raul Wallenberg 3, offering a prime location. The surrounding area presents a vibrant blend of residential and commercial spaces, with a wide range of amenities and attractions in close proximity.
The street itself exudes tranquility and peace, creating a serene environment for residents. Moreover, one of the standout features of this property is its remarkable proximity to numerous historical and cultural landmarks. Within easy reach, you'll find the renowned Old City of Jerusalem, the revered Hakotel (Wailing Wall), the bustling Machne Yehuda market, the captivating City of David, the fashionable Mamilla area, and many more captivating sites.
In addition to the historical significance, the area is brimming with bustling markets, diverse shops, and a multitude of delightful restaurants. Furthermore, the presence of lively pubs and bars adds to the vibrant atmosphere, providing an exciting experience for both tourists and locals alike.

Getting Around:
All modes of transportation and famous attractions are just a few minutes' walk away. The building is conveniently located right along Jaffa Street, where the tramway passes between Jaffa Center station and HaDavidka station.
The perfect central location provides easy and convenient access to public transportation, including the tramway, as well as a host of Jerusalem's attractions within walking distance, such as:
Mahane Yehuda Market,
Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall,
Mamilla complex.
