Newly renovated three-bedroom apartment with backyard access, located just steps from street (JFK) with lots of public transportations to NYC and West New Yorkâs âMiracle Mileâ on Bergenline avenue.
This beautiful and cozy apartment with a backyard is located on the third floor of a secure building with a 3-unit multi-family house. It's a 20-minute bus ride from Times Square and a 4-minute walk from the bus stop.
Access is through a secure entrance on the lower level, followed by a communal staircase leading to your private unit.
Unfortunately, our unit DOES NOT HAVE EXCLUDABLE PARKING. However, street parking is also available. Please note that due to high demand in the area, parking can sometimes be very challenging to find.
