One of the worst customer service experiences Iâve ever had at a hotel. I called the day before our stay to inquire about an early check-in as our travel plans let us to arrive early at the park hotel and their check-in time is at 4 PM.We were told they would submit a request and told us to call again the morning of our stay. We called that morning and weâre told that no one is getting an early check-in because they were fully booked the night before and need to clean the rooms. When we arrived early, the girl at the front desk was not polite or helpful and told us that she canât do any early check-in, but to check back in an hour. This went on all day until 3:30 PM. We had several friends and met groups of people at the concert who all said they were able to walk up to the front desk as early as 11 AM that day and got an early check-in. The lack of customer service and attitude of the employees left a very bad taste in my mouth. If they had just told us the day before that there were no early check-in we couldâve planned accordingly. The fact that some people were randomly allowed to check in early and others werenât felt very unfair and unprofessional.
