🔇 No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A neighbor complaint may result in cancellation without a refund.

đŸš« No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. This includes loud music. Quiet hours is 9pm-8am .Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $2,000.00 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.

No unregistered overnight guests or visitors. Children are considered guests and must be included on your reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. (Violation of this rule will result in a $300fine per person per night)

Parking
đŸ…żïž Home has no designated parking and you cannot block any driveway or garage access. However street parking is usually available on a first come first serve basis.

Sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected. This device does not record audio or video—it simply measures sound levels.
