Overrated rating

Very old building with an unpleasant smell in the hallways and in the apartment itself. We've booked it for a 10-day stay, in which the owner did not change the bed linen, and at our request we received towels that were brought directly from the store (not washed). The apartment is offered for 6 to a maximum of 8 people, and objectively it is comfortable for a maximum of 4-5 people.
