With 1400 square feet (130 sq meters) of space, including an upscale kitchen, this flat is ideal for families, friends and business travelers opting for a remote work location. Work out in the building's gym or relax in the shared outdoor spaces and roof deck. Then explore the Hoboken neighborhoods with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Public transportation to NYC nearby.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and shared access to the building common spaces which include roof deck, lounge and gym. Parking in the building garage is available for a nightly fee.

Please message us at anytime via the Airbnb app. And call or text our guest services number (provided within confirmation info upon booking) to communicate with a manage for any requests or concerns.

From the time you make your reservation to the day you check out, we will do everything we can to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Cleaning
Please note that a standard $145 Cleaning Fee is applied with every reservation. An additional $105 (Interim) Cleaning Fee will be charged for every 5 nights during longer stays.

Parking
We can arrange for indoor parking within the building garage with unlimited in out access. Spaces are quite limited and booked first come first serve. The rate is $35 per day and payment is required to confirm your space.


Guests who book this apartment must be at least 23 years old and present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport at check-in.

Early check-in and late-checkout are available upon request, based on availability. Once arranged, a $40 late arrival fee will be requested via the Airbnb money request option.

Noise Policy: Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum out of respect for other guests. Anyone who violates this policy may be charged up to $400 USD. Repeated violations may lead to removal from the premises.

Pets: There is a $25 per day pet fee. Please consult with host in advance. Approval from management is required and is based on the breed and size of pet. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. If pet fur or stains are discovered, additional cleaning charges may apply. Pets may not be left alone within the accommodation. If there is repeated disturbance/complaints from neighbors/building staff, we may ask you to remove your pet from the premises.


Smoking Policy: All properties are 100% non-smoking. A fee of up to $400 USD will be assessed for smoking inside the unit or anywhere on the property's common spaces.

All guests must be announced.

Please remove your shoes while you are inside the apartment. Remember, this is a home. Enjoy all of the amenities of the apartment, but please don't do anything you or your guests wouldn't want the person before you to have done.

Very clean spacious apartment, perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. My son appreciated the gym. View of manhattan from the rooftop is a bonus, especially at night!Check in was very smooth, met Jackson at the apartment, who gave us lots of info. Hoboken has a lot of nice restaurants (recommend Turning Point for breakfast) and shops, and a quick bus ride to midtown Manhattan. Would recommend.and definitely stay again.

Perfect for families.

Apartment was beautiful..Clean, well equipped and perfectly suited our needs.Well positioned in close proximity to supermarkets and 20 minute drive most days to NYC.We had a rental vehicle for our trip, so had given the heads up prior to arriving (months inadvance) that we paid extra for carpark, however we were never able to just enter the carpark via the entrance without first having to have someone go through the front entrance of the building and then through carpark, put something in the door entrance of the garage to the foyer so we werent locked inside garage then go and press the button to open garage whilst the car went around the block to enter carpark.. Not sure why there is no swipe card access ? We managed as there was 7 of us to all help with this process but it was a hassle when it didnt need to be. Obviously we asked about this to which the reply was just a copy and paste of the entrance access to the building so didnt answer my question at all then folllwed up with another message of any questions and happy to talk on the phone..My only other gripe was the constant messages day of arriving by the person checking us in about needing to know time of arrival which is a hard one to predict when you are from Australia and flying into NYC and then having to pick up rental car and drive to accommodation, unfortunately I had zero idea and found it stressful when check in said it could be done remotely which was done anyway.

Comfortable, clean, easy trip to Manhattan

Place is clean, liked the lay-out. Huge kitchen with most every appliance and cooking utensil you might need. Nice size master and bedrooms. Rooftop is lovely with beautiful views of Manhattan. Son liked the gym. Good security. All in all a good experience.

June 17-24= Dad, Mom, and 3 teenage boys

This charming condo in the prettiest building on the block offered a safe and secure stay. However, a strong bleach smell greeted us, requiring air fresheners. While the condo itself was spacious and clean, the furniture was uncomfortable and stained (bleach). The showers were fantastic, but be aware there's no bathroom fans. There were mishaps: the initial entry code needed fixing (but Johanna was lovely!), the advertised coffee, water, and filter were missing, and a surprise $400 deposit held on two different cards left a bad taste with us. The kitchen lacked essentials like salt, pepper, pizza pans, some utensils, though we enjoyed grilling on the rooftop. The master bedroom, while spacious, lacked a fan (so it got hot) and had a flickering lamp. 3 TVs, but 1 remotes. Washer/dryer worked, bring soap. Check-out was a super easy process. Despite the hiccups, I'd recommend this property and would consider returning.

We needed a place to gather as several of us were coming and going to Hoboken at different times. Three of us stayed at the property, but it was very nice to be able to accommodate 8 people for dinners, etc. Our hostess was accommodating to find enough dining room chairs and other special requests.

Beautiful place

Very clean and beautiful place with a rooftop deck. Very nice views at night of NYC. Management was very nice. Needed more towels and they delivered them to us. The only downfall was outside at night was a little scary. But the apartments was locked and secured at all times. Had to use a key or key fob to get in. Overall very nice visit!
