-The house has two units. The other unit has a completely separate entrance from the hallway, so there’s no overlap with guests.

House Rules:

•Check-in: 3:00 PM
•Check-out: 11:00 AM
•Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
•Smoking allowed in the Backyard ONLY. No smoking in the house. $250 fine will be charged for any smoking smell inside the apartment.
•Please respect our noise policy - quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
•Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
•No PETS allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
•Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle
•No moving or rearranging of the furniture

Note : There is 1 flights of staircase to enter the unit.
