✅No Smoking of ANY KIND inside/outside/in front of property ($1,000 Penalty)

✅No burning of candles or incense of any kind in property.($1,000 Penalty)

✅ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $1000.

✅No MAIL or PACKAGE Delivered here
✅No moving or rearranging of the furniture
✅No UNPLUGGING of the main electronics
✅No Pre-Check in Bag Storage

✅No PETS allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.

✅For safety reasons children are NOT allowed in the laundry area.

✅ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times

✅Remove shoes and place them in shoe rack upon entry, no shoes inside the home.

✅Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle

✅Do not leave any leftover food or drinks in the refrigerator during check out

✅No BLOCKING OF DRIVEWAY PARKING anywhere. $500 penalty fee will be imposed as a violation or car will be towed. Home has No parking.Off-street is limited and not guaranteed. Alternatively you can use the 50 Harrison St paid parking space - 8 mins walk away. Please check street cleaning signs and schedule. Use paid off-street parking at your own risk.

✅No crypto mining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity. You will be billed for any electric/gas/water charges in excess of the usual day to day usage.

✅No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm.
✅DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

**** Guest Limit Policy: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation (maximum of 9) are permitted on the property. This policy is strictly enforced for insurance purposes. Any additional overnight guests beyond the registered number are prohibited and will incur a penalty of $200 per person, per night.

**** Reservation Policy: The primary account holder who made the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund, in accordance with Airbnb’s third-party booking policy.
