Welcome to Dino Trails Suites (North Lodge), a newly updated retreat that sleeps up to 40 guests across eight themed suites, each with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Enjoy the clubhouse with a full kitchen, large dining hall, game loft, playground, grills, and firepit. Near the Green River and Dinosaur National Monument, it is ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, and large group gatherings.
The south lodge can also be booked for even larger groups.
THE SPACE
Dino Trails Suites (North Lodge) is a newly updated, high‑capacity retreat designed for family reunions, corporate retreats, youth groups, weddings, and large gatherings. This full building rental includes all eight themed suites, the guest laundry room, and the connected clubhouse, giving your group plenty of room to spread out while staying together.
Each suite features its own kitchenette and private bathroom, making it easy for families and groups to enjoy both shared spaces and personal comfort. The two middle suites on each floor include an interior door that can be opened to create larger combined units when needed.
The clubhouse serves as the central gathering space for meals, meetings, and activities. It includes a full kitchen, a large dining hall with cafeteria‑style seating, and an upper‑level game loft with ping pong, foosball, arcade games, a TV, and comfortable lounge seating. Outside, you will find a playground, a traditional gas grill, a Blackstone flat‑top grill, outdoor seating, a firepit, and a grassy area perfect for games and gatherings.
For groups needing even more space, the clubhouse connects directly to The Warehouse, a large event center available as an optional add‑on after booking. It includes tables, chairs, speakers, and an upstairs DJ booth, making it ideal for weddings, dances, receptions, and corporate events.
The property sits just minutes from Dinosaur National Monument and the Green River, placing guests close to rafting, fishing, ATV trails, hiking, and the unique prehistoric attractions that draw visitors to the Jensen and Vernal area. Dino Trails Suites North Lodge is also part of a larger multi‑building property, and the south lodge can be booked as well for groups requiring additional capacity.
ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire north lodge, including all eight suites, the guest laundry room, the clubhouse with its kitchen, dining hall, and game loft, plus the playground, grills, firepit, and lawn areas. The Warehouse event center can be added as an optional upgrade after booking.
HOST INTERACTION

Dino Trails Suites North Lodge sits in the quiet community of Jensen, just minutes from Dinosaur National Monument and the Green River. Vernal is a short drive away and offers restaurants, grocery stores, museums, and family‑friendly attractions like the Utah Field House of Natural History. Red Fleet and Steinaker State Parks provide additional places to swim, paddle, and enjoy the water. Whether your group is here for a reunion, retreat, or event, the location offers a peaceful setting with quick access to the best activities in the area.
IMPORTANT NOTES
-We require all guests to complete a short guest verification form with ID upload prior to check‑in.
-For your safety and secure enjoyment, this property has exterior security cameras monitoring the property.
-This lodge is located in a rural area where insects are naturaally more common. The property is professionally treated by a licensed pest‑control service, and our cleaning team thoroughly prepares each suite before arrival. Even with regular treatments, guests may occasionally see a harmless bug or find one that has recently expired. This is normal for the region and not a sign of cleanliness issues.
-Each suite is equipped with a minisplit system for heating and cooling. All suites run off a shared exterior condenser, which means the building must be set to either heat or cool, not both at the same time. If conflicting settings occur, the system may temporarily shut off and require a simple reset at the breaker. After booking, guests can review the host‑provided portal for a quick guide on how to avoid this and keep the building comfortable during their stay.
House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.
Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.
Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not respondible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.
Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.
Pets
1. Pets are not allowed.
Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:
$50 - TV Remote
$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door locks, remotes, smoke detectors, security devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.
