COASTAL CHARM - Our newly-renovated and professionally-designed interior & exterior is full of coastal and nautical themes that provide a relaxing ambiance and whisk you away to your imaginary seashore hideaway just a few steps from your back door.

PRIVATE OASIS - The entire place is yours! The spacious backyard, with the fire pit, lawn, sun shade, comfy furniture and BBQ, is surrounded by a solid privacy fence and is filled with tropical plants and flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

COMFY BEDS - You will never want to get out of bed once you experience our luxury Egyptian sheets and cooling memory foam mattresses! We also offer several types of pillows for even the most discriminating of sleepers.

TELEVISIONS, TELEVISIONS, TELEVISIONS - Just because you are visiting doesn't mean you have to give up your TV downtime! The living room has a 65" HD flatscreen, and each of the bedrooms have their own TV. Each TV is equipped with a Firestick, which offers free television series and movies. Hulu, Netflix, YouTube TV and Amazon Prime can also be accessed by logging into your own account.

FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN - Our nautical-designed kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs! The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a blender, toaster & Keurig. We provide pots, pans, cookware, silverware, glasses, cups, plates & bowls, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and paper towels. We go the extra mile by providing grab-n-go breakfast items like Poptarts, granola bars & instant oatmeal, tea, coffee k-cups, creamer, sugar, salt & pepper and cooking oil.

BEACHIN'? - We provide beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, snorkels, masks & fins, boogie boards and a beach cart to carry it all!

WORKING WHILE PLAYING? - The dedicated work space is a private room located away from the noise of the kitchen and living room and is equipped with a desk and high speed wifi for your convenience.

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES? - There is a pack-and-play travel crib as well as a booster seat w/a tray, and coloring books and games for little ones (and older kiddos!) as well. We also have kids utensils, bowls, plates & cups located in the kitchen.

LAUNDRY - We offer a fully-equipped laundry room complete with a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, hangers, laundry basket, storage space, and an iron and ironing board.

You will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and spacious backyard & patio.

> If you are traveling with a young child we can provide a booster seat & pack-n-play along with sheets. Just let us know in advance if you need it. There are periodic groundskeeping services to maintain the grounds for your stay. Kindly discuss with us ahead of time if you think this might be an issue.
