Villa Lyra was designed with deep respect for the natural surroundings at the edge of the village of Ivan Dolac. At the same time, it features a contemporary layout and a sense of timeless luxury. The villaâs neutral color palette creates a serene, calming, and elegant atmosphere, allowing the breathtaking sea views to remain the centerpiece from every corner of the home.
Description of the villa:
The main entrance to the house is on the north side, leading directly to the upper (first) floor. This level features three spacious and refined bedrooms, each 16mÂČ, offering peace, privacy, and sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Two of the south-facing bedrooms open onto a 26mÂČ balcony. One bedroom faces west, measures 13mÂČ, and does not have a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (size 180x200) and designed with large French windows to make the most of the stunning views. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Each bedroom has air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windowsâsomething we know is important to many of you. It matters to us too.
An internal staircase leads down to the south-facing ground floor, which opens up to panoramic sea views. This level boasts an open-plan design with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that seamlessly merge indoor and outdoor living, offering a mesmerizing and ever-changing view of the sea. The ground floor integrates a kitchenâwith a central island for informal seatingâa dining area, and a living room, all flowing harmoniously as one space. From the kitchen and dining area, large doors open onto a spacious terrace featuring a barbecue, al fresco dining, and a lounge area, all under a covered section. A large wooden table sets the scene for unforgettable outdoor meals with family and friends, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the sea. The terrace extends into a pebble-covered yard that evokes a natural, beach-like vibe. The yard and the area surrounding the house are planted with Mediterranean vegetation, so your sense of smell will be just as delighted as your eyes.

The house comfortably accommodates six guests, with additional space for children. There is private parking for two cars and a garage. A stone staircase on the east side of the house leads down through the terraces and garden to the first rocky beach, with many beautiful pebble beaches close by. The sea here is crystal clear, so the âpoolâ you get with Lyra is the biggest and most beautiful you could ask for. We truly believe Lyra is a perfect match for any human soul.
