Welcome to Villa Luce di Mare, a luxurious retreat located in the charming village of Ivan Dolac, just 5 meters from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. Ivan Dolac, situated only 10 km from Jelsa and 38 km from the town of Hvar, is well-connected to the rest of the island via a scenic 1.5 km-long tunnel. Treat yourself to an unforgettable vacation with family or friends on this magical island!

Built in 2021, Villa Luce di Mare boasts contemporary architectural style, offering 245 m2 of living space on a spacious 596 m2 property. Just steps away from the sea, the villa is the perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, and beach enjoyment.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa accommodates up to 7 guests (optimally 5). It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort.

Ground Floor
Upon entering, you are greeted by a modern kitchen with a bar and two barstools, a dining room with a large table for 7, and a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa (convertible into an additional bed for two), a coffee table, and a TV. Active vacationers can enjoy a fully equipped gym, while the sauna offers moments of complete relaxation. The ground floor also features a wine cellar with a variety of wines and a bathroom with a toilet.

Upper Floor
The upper floor features three elegantly decorated bedrooms with double beds, two of which have access to a shared terrace offering breathtaking sea views. There are also two bathrooms with showers – one ensuite and one separate. Families with children have access to a high chair and a crib.

Outdoor Terrace
Relax on the spacious terrace with a heated 40 m2 pool (1.4 m deep) and a separate children’s pool. Bask in the sun on comfortable loungers, prepare meals on the wood or charcoal grill, use the outdoor kitchen, and dine al fresco under the covered table.

Special Amenities
The villa is ideal for families with children, offering a safe and peaceful environment in the picturesque village of Ivan Dolac. Guests have access to four private parking spaces in a fenced yard, as well as a mooring for boats up to 12 meters (available for an additional fee). Additionally, the villa provides a charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles (EV VOLTA 11 kW AC, Type 2) and a SUP board.
