The house worked wonderful for our party of six and we stayed there for a week. It was very relaxing and plenty of plenty of room for everything we needed.

Just What We Needed...and more!

The house was great for our mix because we had kids who didn't want to share beds - so the two bedrooms with single beds worked well. There were also big couches in both the living room and back enclosed porch area and this allowed even more sleeping and hanging out options. There were TV's everywhere. The house was very clean with practically every kitchen implement you could want, even including a bundt pan! The Master had its own ensuite bathroom and white noise machine and was at the other end of the house from the three kids bedrooms. There was a spacious back porch with both a table and chairs as well as seating, so plenty of places for folks to be. There were lots of conveniences like a combo alarm clock/phone charger by the Master bed. The outdoor hose-off-sandy-feet area and actual shower were great so no tracking sand into the house, and there were plenty of places to hang towels and bathing suits. The back yard also had a bike rack which was great since we had 5 bikes with us. The shaded front with two rockers was a wonderful place for me and my partner to enjoy our morning coffee. Located centrally, just a couple of blocks from the beach and right on the bike path, this is a great location! The couple of issues we had were taken care of right away. Both Jekyll Realty and VaKay were extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property!

Duplex was very clean, probably one of the cleanest properties we've stayed at with vrbo. For being a duplex, we had plenty of privacy in the back yard when grilling, and I assume the other 'side' has the same. The only 'con' is that there was literally no seasonings, even just salt or pepper. We always bring our own, but every place always has some. There was no pantry either, which is fine, but usually ever place has one. Was going to leave some unused unopened boxed food items but didn't since I thought it would get trashed instead of future guests having access to them.

This place was perfect. We had 7 adults and one infant. Plenty of room for everyone including living space. Love the layout and amenities. Close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

A fun time!

Our group came to Jekyll for fall break and really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and advertised exactly as it was stated. We wished we had more things provided like trash bags, paper towels, and toilet. We ran out within the first day despite our short stay. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place for our weekend getaway!

Will come back

Perfect house for my family of 6. We have 4 teenage girls and no one fought over bathrooms and we had plenty of space. Waking distance from the beach. It was forecasted to rain all week and while we were able to catch breaks in the weather to spend hours on the beach and visiting Hortons pond and trails, we did use the games on site and had a fun game night. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Another Great Stay!

We had another great stay at this property! This is our second visit and we were happy to see the property is still in amazing shape and had some improvements. We really liked having the pool access at the hotel just a short drive away and Jekyll Island is a fantastic destination. We will be back again!
