The property is conveniently located and the room itself is spacious, which makes it a comfortable base for exploring Jeju City. However, do note that thereâs a short flight of stairs before reaching the elevator; something to keep in mind if youâre travelling with large or heavy luggage.
Service is very minimal; youâll hardly see anyone on duty. Communication could also be improved. I didnât receive check-in details beforehand despite a message being sent, and my follow-up went unanswered until much later, after I had already checked out.
Thereâs no air-conditioning during the cooler season, so the room can get stuffy. You can open the window for ventilation, though it can get quite noisy from the street outside.
Additionally, luggage storage is chargeable, which wasnât communicated in advance.
Overall, itâs a decent stay if youâre independent and prefer a self-service style accommodation, but best not to expect much assistance or comfort amenities on-site.
