Brownstone Lodge – Private 55-Acre Retreat with Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Welcome to Brownstone Lodge, your private Kentucky retreat situated on 55 beautiful acres of rolling countryside in Jeffersonville. Designed with large families and groups in mind, this spacious lodge offers plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories.

The main level features an inviting living area with a 65-inch TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a luxurious master suite complete with a king bed and private attached bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including two rooms furnished with twin beds and a larger bedroom offering a king bed plus two futons for additional sleeping space.

The lower level is built for entertainment, featuring a huge 90-inch television and custom built-in bunk beds that sleep four guests comfortably. Altogether, Brownstone Lodge can accommodate up to 14 guests when utilizing the futons.

Step outside and enjoy everything this property has to offer. Relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring, gather around the large fire pit under the stars, or challenge family and friends to a game of cornhole. The property's six-hole frisbee golf game provides fun for all ages, while multiple covered porches offer peaceful places to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the surrounding views.

Outdoor cooking is easy with two propane grills available for guest use, making Brownstone Lodge the perfect destination for cookouts and gatherings. Whether you're planning a family vacation, friends' getaway, holiday celebration, or weekend retreat, Brownstone Lodge combines comfort, recreation, and privacy in one unforgettable setting.

Pet friendly with a $50 + tax fee, per pet. Pets must be crated if left alone in the cabin.
