Villa Tarraula certainly has the wow factor! From the moment you enter the private driveway, you'll be blown away by its large private pool and lawn, stunning grounds with exotic palms and the view towards Montgo Mountain and Javea seafront in the distance. The villa is well-equipped, ideal for lazy days in the sunshine, but if you do want to venture into Javea, it's only a 15 minute drive to the centre and a choice of great beaches. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in 3 bedrooms and 1 lounge are included.
Villa Description
Swimming pool, garden and BBQ area

The huge free form swimming pool is surrounded by Mediterranean lawns with exotic palms and has stunning views of the Montgo Mountain down to the seafront. The spacious terrace is partially covered providing shade for the seating and dining area. Or, if you prefer the warmth of the sun, there is plenty of space to sunbathe around the pool as well as a second dining area by the BBQ. The large lawn is great for kids and everyone will love the games tables!

Adjacent to the covered terrace is a conservatory with large folding glass doors framing the view over Javea to the sea, and opening out onto the garden. There's a small seating area and a table and chairs here.


Entrance

Electric gates open to the grand sweeping, circular driveway at the front of the villa has plenty of space for your hire cars, with palms inset into lawn in the middle. You can walk round either side of the villa to the pool and gardens, and 3 steps up leads to the entrance.


Living space

The main lounge is at the rear of the villa, facing the Montgo Mountain which can be seen from the full-length sliding doors out onto the gardens. The combined kitchen and dining area is fully equipped, with access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Plus, there's a convenient utility room.

A second lounge area can be accessed from the ground floor double bedroom which has patio doors on all sides opening onto the grounds. Please note that the air conditioning/heating unit in this lounge also services the bedroom.


Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms on each level of the villa. On the ground floor is a double bedroom suite with an en suite bathroom and private lounge, plus a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. This shower room can also be accessed from the hall and the bedrooms are linked by double doors, great for families with younger children especially. There's also a separate WC. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a separate shared bathroom. Each of these bedrooms also have a spacious private terrace as well as a smaller shared one, all with fantastic views of the resort. The remaining shower room is by the covered terrace, with external access only.
This villa is registered and licenced by the Generalitat Valenciana to comply with local legislation on holiday rentals. This number is: VT-471481-A.
