THE VILLA:
Villa Sunflower has all the comforts and calmness needed to spend a wonderful holiday. The house is in the very quiet and beautiful aria of Cabo la Nao de Javea (La Guardia). Villa Sunflower has 3 bedrooms and 2 main bathrooms, one of them ensuite (in suite) and a separate guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms and the living room overlooking the pool and Garden, as well as a large terrace round the pool and a large beautiful Mediterranean Garden. The Villa has central heating throughout the house and air conditioning in all the bedrooms and dining room. The Villas positive energy is ideal to rest and for practicing yoga and meditation.
It has a modern kitchen fully equipped and an outdoor barbecue. Plus a covered and open outdoor eating aria to enjoy meals at home or to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

BEACHES AND THINGS TO DO:
There are many excellent and clean Blue Flag beaches in the surrounding area (10 Min), with stunning views. The Seacliff views and the views into the valley are truly breath-taking.
In Javea you can enjoy multiple sports, such as sailing, windsurfing, diving, Golf, kayaking, climbing and bike rides etc. The Villa is only one hour distance from important cities, such as Alicante and Valencia, both with international airports.

JAVEA:
Javea, on the Costa Blanca, is an area that offers… enjoyment and beautiful landscapes, numerous restaurants and many affordable places to have drinks or eat out or enjoy family life and entertainment for children, teenagers and adults. There is also a beautiful Marine and fishing port, where you can visit the fish market and see the arrival of the fishing boats that sell their fish to the local restaurants.
Javea is one of the best places to spend a pleasant holiday. Nightlife and sports and day trips make the holiday offer very varied for all ages and tastes. Deposit:
The deposit of 300 euros is paid cash on arrival. The deposit will be returned once it is verified that the house is left in the same condition as it was handed over, including the furniture and no excess dirt or any other significant damage. Important: no groups allowed under the age of 28 years old if they are not family members.
