It is located within walking distance of several Big Canoe trails, and is a short driving distance to the fitness / wellness center, tennis courts, golf courses and the Lakeside Bistro. This renovated condo features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining space with a large picture window that allows you to admire views of nature. The home features hardwoods throughout with a built in bookcase in the living room and easy access to the screened in porch with views of the stream below. There is also a stackable washer / dryer near the kitchen.

Big Canoe is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Jasper, Ball Ground, 40 minutes from Ellijay, and less than an hour to Blue Ridge. There are several wineries nearby to explore as well.

Please read our rental policy for our pet friendly homes, our dog friendly policy allows for up to (2) dogs in designated properties with a fee of $150.00 plus tax per dog. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests (including the furry ones), please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dogs. Keep in mind, some homes have size or weight restrictions, and for their safety, dogs should be crated when alone. While we may provide crates in certain properties, bringing your own is recommended. Always pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees, and rest assured, should any mishaps occur, we kindly ask for your cooperation in covering any damages. Bringing an unauthorized dog, or exceeding the limit without owner permission, incurs a $300.00 fine, plus potential extra cleaning fees up to $200.00 for non-designated homes.
