Hidden Kayak Cove is a beautiful private lakefront home on Lewis Smith Lake tucked in a secluded cove with hot tub, fire pit, and 2 kayaks to enjoy. This 2600 sq.ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sits on 2.5 wooded acres. Perfect for your group of 12 people. Come relax and enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, 2 kayaks, 2 Master suites, game room, great fishing off the dock, etc. We are walking distance (less than a mile) from Hidden Cove Farms wedding venue and 3.6 miles from The Narrow Gate Ranch wedding venue

The house is the most convenient house to two premier wedding venues, 5min down the road to a full-service grocery store (Foodland), and 15min from downtown Jasper (Walmart, Aldi, Jim N Nicks, Chick-Fil-A, other restaurants). Don’t spend your vacation driving an hour to a store! The house is tucked back in a beautiful cove that is perfect for swimming and kayaking without the boat traffic of the main lake. The cove has tunnel access to the main lake under Curry Hwy. The lake levels fluctuate so larger boats will have difficulty passing. Duncan Marina is 3min drive if you wish to rent a boat for the day!!

Access to main lake is through tunnel that has seasonal variations to water levels. Jet skis and fishing boats should be fine in most conditions but larger ski boats, pontoons, etc. will have a tougher time. Inquire with me if planning to bring a boat. I also have another listing on the main lake with similar amenities and space to park any size boat

Check-in was seamless, and every detail was thought of. It didn't fit into our schedule, but we really appreciated being offered a late checkout. If we hadn't been leaving early to make some real estate appointments, we would've loved some extra time.The house was very clean and well taken care of. It was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. My daughter had her first s'mores experience with all the supplies provided, including the firewood. She caught her first fish off the dock, with the provided fishing equipment, and woke up every morning saying she had the best dreams of catching more fish. Speaking of dreams, the beds were very comfortable...we usually wake up between 4-6am, and everyone slept until after 7:30. Thank you for the great memories and well thought out experience!!

Overall a good stay

The house was great and overall I’m pleased with the stay and the thoughtfulness of our hosts. The only issues I had was the only access to the main channels was through a tunnel that the bats seem to like to hangout in and the hot tub seems to be having some issues. Nothing major but couldn’t get the temperature to go up and the jets seem to be acting up. It could very well have been user error but I don’t believe so. The house itself was great and having the pong pong table great considering it rained most of the stay.

Fun Family Getaway

Found this spot searching for properties on Smith Lake. We love to rent a pontoon and hang out. This property is not directly on Smith Lake but it is a quiet pond with kayaks and fishing. Jakob was a gracious host and the accommodations were wonderful.

Wonderful Lake Getaway

This is a lovely lake house, spacious, clean, with hot tub and kayaks to share...the host even left popcorn for a movie night and a Smores kit so we could enjoy smores by the fire outside!

Relaxing & Fun

Great location if you want to get away from the craziness. My son fished while kayaking and said it was the best lake fishing - because area has limited boat access. Loved the fact they had 2 kayaks (single & double) both my boys loved them!! Ping pong table was fun- fishing poles - life jackets- hot tub. Close to Jasper enjoyed the small town feel!! Great get away!!

Wonderful Spot and Great Host!

Jacob was an incredible host and did a great job of communicating with us and meeting our needs. The house is in a perfect spot on the lake; it was very secluded. We swam off the floating doc and kayaked everyday. Everything in the listing is exactly as described. I would have no hesitations about booking again or recommending others to Jacob's property.

Our little get away

We took a trip down to lake after graduating and it was absolutely amazing!! this property offers all the amenities you would need for an great lake trip! The owners really think of everything, somethings we ourselves had forgot but did not have to even worry about because it was already thought of for us. It's really private and secluded. we definitely made some amazing memories, whether it was cooking together in there all furnished kitchen or kayaking and swimming by the dock. We absolutely loved out get away!!
