On the main level there is a double height great room and a screened porch with TV a comfortable sofas for game night or movie night On the terrace level there is a huge downstairs living area with cozy sofas and TV for gathering, and an adjacent game room with second butlers pantry. The game room has a wonderful multiuse table: for an entertaining game of billiards as a pool table, or converted to a table for additional dining or a group game of cards. You will feel truly at home and at peace for your quiet getaway to Big Canoe!

The front entrance opens to a great room with flat-screen TV and woodburning stacked stone fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen, and a dining room that seats 6-10 people. The kitchen has new appliances, a large prep area for cooking on the kitchen island and a butlers pantry off the kitchen with a sink. The charming breakfast area seats an additional 4. This beautiful home has a newly renovated spa-like bathrooms throughout. The main floor has one primary bedroom (king) with adjoining bathroom (tub and walk-in shower) and one queen bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper level two bedrooms (which a queen bed and a double bed) share an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the terrace level, one bedroom (with queen bed) has an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the terrace bedrooms has glass french doors which open to the lower living room. The home provides a perfect getaway for a large family, group, or business meeting. There are TVs in the master bedroom and both living rooms. The gorgeous wooded views throughout and feeling of being suspended in the trees sets our house apart and makes for a wonderful mountain escape. The owner has allergies so no pets are allowed.
