The Space:

The expansive views from the home's spacious deck will take your breath away, with a firepit, grill and outdoor dining space for ideal BBQ nights under the open sky. Adventure-seekers are just minutes away from an incredible array of exciting trails and outdoor activities, while those who prefer a more relaxed stay can find indoor recreation in the game and movie room complete with air hockey table, large screen smart tv, and built-in bar.



The home’s main level is a dream-worthy space that invites ultimate unwinding. The cheerful kitchen has windows facing the home’s beautiful views, which may just inspire delicious meals to be made here. The space is fully equipped with standard appliances, cookware, coffee bar, and ample counter space. Spend quality time with your group over homemade dinner at the dining table set for 6. Steps away in the living room, guests can enjoy their favorite leisure activities like reading in the oversized armchairs, watching a movie on the smart tv, or simply staying cozy by the gas fireplace.



This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 has 2 twin size beds, a tv, and shared balcony.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and shared balcony.



Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, and private balcony with expansive views.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-The home has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half-bathroom.

-1 parking pass will be provided upon arrival, parking space available in the driveway.

-Washer and dryer in unit.

- This home is NOT pet friendly.



In the northernmost part of Georgia lies the base of the Blue Ridge Mountain chain, lending to the area’s surprisingly rugged and scenic beauty. Lush forests, flowing rivers, hidden waterfalls, and endless adventures await you and your family. Although located only an hour and a half north of Atlanta, you will feel like you’re in a different world entirely. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and rivers to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the mountain fresh air and breathtaking scenery. Take in a round of golf at the nearby Bent Tree Golf Course, or spend the day fishing Fannin County, the trout capital of Georgia.



Don’t let the small-town atmosphere fool you – plenty of shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and galleries await. Book a shuttle or wine tour to one of the many nearby wineries to taste a variety of mountain wines, completing the day with views of the sunset from one of the many scenic outlooks.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.



Our Basic Provisions:

Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more)



In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.



Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!



The Neighborhood:

Bent Tree is a gated Golf course and Lake community in Jasper, Georgia. All guest have access to the amenities, lake ,hiking trails and to use the Gold course. Resort fee is $25 per day paid directly to the community and built into your fee.



Other Things to Note:

You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by you and your party during your stay.
