Luxury Villa Wonder is situated in the picturesque village of Rovanjska, at the foot of the majestic Velebit mountain, offering a breathtaking view of the azure Adriatic Sea. This unique villa provides an ideal setting for an unforgettable family vacation, located just 400 meters from a sandy beach, where every sunset enchants with its rich colors.

Spanning a generous 230 m2, the elegantly designed interior of the villa accommodates up to 10 guests, perfectly blending luxury, comfort, and privacy.

The ground floor exudes space and light, thanks to large glass walls that reveal stunning sea views. The modern living room, connected to a dining area for 10 people and a fully equipped kitchen, is perfect for relaxation and preparing gourmet meals. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms. Two rooms have double beds (180x200 cm), one of which offers a direct sea view and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom, also with a double bed (180x200 cm), has access to a terrace with a sea view, while the fourth, a children's bedroom with two bunk beds (90x200 cm), shares a common bathroom with a shower.

The exterior of Villa Wonder impresses with every detail. The spacious terrace includes a heated 32 m2 pool surrounded by sun loungers for relaxation. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a large dining table – perfect for evenings under the stars. The entire property is fenced, ensuring privacy and security, with three private parking spaces available.

On the roof of the villa, there is a pergola with a small kitchen, a television, and sun loungers – an ideal spot for unwinding, protected from the sun and rain.

For family fun, there’s a trampoline, a children's playground, billiards, darts, and a treadmill in the relaxation room. Fast, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.

Rovanjska, a charming village on the Adriatic, captivates with its natural beauty and proximity to attractions such as Paklenica National Park, Northern Velebit, Kornati Islands, Lake Vrana, Plitvice Lakes, and numerous beaches, coves, and islands.
