With expansive views of False River, enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the privacy of your own place. Go fishing (fishing poles provided on your private pier, soak up the sun on the sundeck overlooking the water, float in the water (rafts and life jackets provided), kayak (two provided), play yard games (provided) on the huge front yard, BBQ (gas grill provided), or relax with the family on the 12x50 foot front porch. There are many activities to enjoy, ensuring everyone has a great time! Ideal for get-togethers, getaways, fishing, boating, and special occasions.

The 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms provide ample space for 6 guests to stay for the weekend, an extended weekend, or for long term.

The Sand Bar is located on the opposite side of the river, featuring volleyball courts, boat rentals, and occasionally hosting live music. You can sit peacefully on your front porch or pier (with pier lights installed) and enjoy the music and memories. You create your own fishing stories.

If you'd like to relax, we offer a covered patio and a sun deck with a pier overlooking the water.
The home features an updated kitchen with a marble backsplash, quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with seating, and a large dining table that comfortably accommodates 6 guests. This is the perfect area for groups or families to enjoy a feast or play a board game (board games provided).

The property features a huge, luxury, custom-made walk-in shower and a separate private entry to a laundry room and half bath.

The living room and each bedroom comes is featured with a smart TV.

The outside area features a covered patio and a spacious yard perfect for the kids to play in.

The storage area included a separate refrigerator, boating supplies, life jackets, floats and rafts, fishing poles, and yard games for enjoyment.

Your privacy will be respected, but in an effort to maximize your comfort and enjoyment, someone can be available on site if you need it.
