Villa Noukasa is located in the quiet Brakkeput district, where you can completely relax, but where the popular beaches are also a short distance away. Villa Noukasa has a large private swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and lovely lounge areas. The pool of Noukasa is a chlorine-free pool which is so much better for your skin after a refreshing dip! The terrace and the pool of Villa Noukasa are located slightly lower than the porch where there is a large dining table for a nice 'dining'.
Villa Noukasa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and there is a fourth bedroom outside Villa Noukasa next to the pool. Villa Noukasa is completely fenced in by greenery, which makes you feel like you are in an oasis of peace.
In November 2019, Villa Noukasa was completely repainted, both inside and out, and 2 new smart TVs were installed with digital channels, Netflix and an Apple TV. In addition, there is a Sonos sound system where you can play your favorite music via a tablet on the wall.
