This property is located in Jan thiel, one of the best areas to stay in Curacao. The neighborhood offers everything from beaches, grocery store, restaurant and fitness. It's perfect for families as well as those seeking nightlife.



Its very safe and quiet and just a short walk to Jan Thiel beach.



Getting Around:

We can arrange airport transportation at a additional cost, however we always recommend to rent a car as it is the easiest way to explore the island.



Other Things to Note:

- American (110v) and European (220v) plug outlets

- Minimum stay of 7 nights during Xmas/ New Year period and 4 nights for the rest of the year

- Mandatory extra-cleaning when stay is longer then 7 nights

- Water- and Electricity consumption included till a maximum of 40KwH per day and a maximum of 1,5 m3 water per day. Over-usage will be charged, $0,55 per KwH and $8 per m3, this will be calculated at the end of your stay and you would be charged afterwards for your over-usage of the utilities.

- Pool-boy every Monday and Thursday
