The villa is only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and the beach of Jan Thiel Beach and in addition to a large swimming pool, of course also has a great view of the Caribbean Sea.

Including a microwave, solo oven and a built-in coffee machine. In front of the kitchen wall is the large cooking island which is equipped with a dishwasher and a spacious induction cooktop. A matte black fridge is also included.
There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor, furnished with matte black cabinets and designer sanitary of high European quality. The bedrooms have luxury box-spring beds with toppers, (built-in) wardrobes. All bedrooms and the terraces have sea view on the first floor. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and recessed LED lighting. The master bedroom on the first floor is also equipped with a Sony LCD TV. On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom, which also has its own terrace. In this room it is also possible to use the installed projector to watch movies on the big screen.
The master bedroom on the first floor has a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom including a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. All designed with matte black accents. This bedroom also has a Sony LCD TV and a Bose sound system.

Villa Skyfall was built under architecture and has a large living area of no less than 560 m2 (6027 ft2). The entire house is equipped with durable European aluminum windows and frames. The ground floor and first floor have a sanded concrete floor, which fits well with the style of the villa. The house is equipped with built-in lighting with more than 100 LED spots and is secured with an advanced alarm system.
The villa has beautiful voile curtains and luxurious blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The entire villa has matte black accents. In addition, both the villa and the garden are equipped with super fast fiber optic internet (150mbit). There is also a laundry room with a washer / dryer combination.
The spacious swimming pool measures 9 by 4 meters (29.5 by 13 feet) and is directly adjacent to a sitting area. The pool deck on which there are sunbeds is situated around the sitting pit and the swimming pool. In addition to the open pool deck, there is also a covered terrace that connects directly to the living room. In this space you can find the large outdoor dining table with 8 chairs so that you can also enjoy a delicious meal outside.
Villa SKYFALL is close to Jan Thiel Beach. Here you will find many beach restaurants next to the beaches. Including Zanzibar Beach Club, Papagayo Beach Club, Tinto and Zest. In addition, there are also many shops, the supermarket, snack bars and car rental companies located at this location. In short, everything is close by!
The villa is built on a spacious corner plot, consists of two floors with a beautiful large swimming pool and various sun terraces with wide sea views.
PLEASE NOTE: Our design villa is not equipped with fences / rails around the swimming pool, terraces and the stairs. This makes the villa less suitable for small children.
