Situated in Jan Juc's most coveted street, you will be tucked away from bustling Torquay in privacy and quietude, yet only a few minutes’ drive to Jan Juc village shops, cafés, beach and playgrounds. The world-famous Bells Beach is under 5mins drive and marks the beginning of Point Addis Marine National Park, a popular spot for surfers. Further along, the spectacular cliffs and ironbark forests edging the coast are part of the Great Otway National Park.

The master bedroom features air conditioning, a walk-in robe and sanctuary-style ensuite with a garden-view spa bath. Executives will love the dedicated study nook for 'workation' holidays - with a backdrop of ocean, sea and sky there is no better place to feel inspired! The guest bedroom also features a King-size bed with private balcony and adjoining ensuite. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms; one has a Queen bed, while the kids room has Single Bunk Beds + Single Bed + Single Trundle Bed (NOTE: SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ONLY. Trundle linen supplied by request only). The family bathroom on the ground floor echoes the quality surfaces and fixtures as the other wet areas, and also features a spa bath.



Off-street parking is available for up to three cars, however access to the garage is not permitted. A laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer is available for guests to use.

*Given the nature of it being a semi-rural property, please take heed:

- Pond/dam is fenced but please always supervise children.

- In summer, snakes may be seen on the property, especially around the pond and in long grass

- No outdoor fires / fire pit is not to be lit due to bushfire risk.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole property, excluding the garage.



The Neighborhood:

- Ride a wave at Bells Beach, located near Torquay on the southern coast of Victoria in the Great Ocean Road region. Head to Bells Beach over the Easter weekend and watch the world's best surfers carve up the waves at the Rip Curl Pro surfing competition. High cliffs provide a dramatic backdrop to the natural amphitheatre of the beach and large swells from the Southern Ocean create the outstanding surf. If you're a sightseer, Bells Beach is a popular spot with great vantage points along the cliff. For surfers, Bells Beach is really for the experienced. The beach is an exposed reef and point break with excellent right-hand breaks.

- Nearby surf breaks include "Southside", "Centreside", "Rincon", "Winki Pop", (Uppers and Lowers), "Boobs" and "Steps". Bells Beach is the home of the world's longest continuously running pro surfing competition – now known as the Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach.

- Take a hike along the Surf Coast Walk and explore Jan Juc. Coffee, brunch or dinner in the village is within walking distance (1.4km), and the RACV Torquay has amazing golf, spa and dining facilities.

- Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is a few km’s away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.

- Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.

- There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.

- Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 40mins drive away.



Getting Around:

Our beach house is within 1.4km of the Jan Juc Village shops, playgrounds and the surf beach.

No access to the garage, but there is parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway. Please be respectful to our neighbours and keep noise down after 9pm.

Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.

Jan Juc is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
