The Space:
This is a spacious, modern coastal retreat designed for groups who want room to spread out and still feel connected.
Set on private acreage with ocean views in the distance, the property combines wide open lawns, generous indoor living and a separate tiny home, making it well suited to families, couples travelling together and mixed-age groups.
Main house living
The main house has a calm, contemporary feel, with high ceilings, large windows and plenty of natural light throughout. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the heart of the home, with space to cook, gather for meals, or come back and cool off after a day at the beach.
The kitchen has a large island bench and plenty of workspace for preparing shared meals, while the dining area and lounge open easily to the outdoor dining area.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeping is spread across six bedrooms in total, including the separate tiny home. In the main house, the bedrooms offer a mix of layouts for couples, children and friends, including:
· a spacious main bedroom with ensuite and garden outlook
· a bunk room suited to kids or flexible group sleeping
· a queen bedroom with TV that can also work as a second living space
Several rooms have peaceful green outlooks, helping the house feel quiet and restful even when you are staying with a larger group.

The garage has been set up as a games space with a pool table, ping pong table and dartboard. It gives the group another area to spread out and is handy for relaxed afternoons, evening games or keeping older kids and adults entertained.

Outside, the property really opens up. There is plenty of fenced lawn for kids to play, space for pets to roam, and room for the whole group to enjoy being outdoors.
