four flat screen TVs (48′ LED TV in Living Room and 40′ LED TVs in each bedroom), comfy seating, and floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom has its own private door to the balcony and bathroom.

Getting Around:

Getting around Jacó and beyond is easy from our condo! You'll find convenient parking available on-site in the Croc's Casino Resort parking lot. For those arriving by air, Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) is approximately a 1.5-2 hour drive. Local taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available for transportation around Jacó and to nearby attractions. Walking is also a great option, as many restaurants, shops, and the beach are within easy reach.

OCCUPANCY AND ACCESS

Unless otherwise specified, rates are based on an occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. (i.e., 2 people for a 1BR condo). All guests must be listed on the reservation prior to check-in.



Access to the condominium and its facilities is strictly limited to registered guests only.

Unregistered visitors, including overnight guests or individuals brought in after check-in without prior approval, are not permitted.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all our guests and residents.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After that time, you will need to check in directly at the front desk, and an additional charge of $75 will apply.
