This is Jaco's newest and most luxurious condo building, located at the center of the Jaco Strip. Ocean views from every bedroom, living room, and kitchen.

This unit is ocean facing with a private balcony that walks out to the pool. Direct access to parking garage, laundry machine, co-working space, and gym!

The neighborhood around Pacific Point offers a peaceful and residential atmosphere, ideal for relaxation while still being close to everything you need. It’s a safe and quiet area, just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and local shops. Guests can enjoy a balance of tranquility and convenience, with easy access to nearby attractions and the vibrant town center.

The entire space is yours! There is a 24/7 security desk with a manage available during business hours... stop by for any questions or recommendations you may have.

The parking facility is secured and there are additional public spaces available in front of the building and on the street out front.

The pools and rooftop lounge are available to all.

The grill deck is complimentary.

There is free parking onsite in a garage and in front of the building with 25 spaces total - first come first served. A reserved spot in the resident level of the deck can be requested for $75 for your stay.

Please note the condo HOA has a strict guest policy - max of 2 guests per bedroom. All visitors must be registered prior to check-in.

This 2BR Condo is very private and at the end of the hallway. Beautiful ocean and pool views from the entire condo. Check the surf conditions while you make coffee!

We engaged a local artist to paint murals in all of the rooms, celebrating the wonderful wildlife in Costa Rica.

All of the furniture is constructed of beautiful solid tropical wood that was locally and ethically sourced. All of the furniture was crafted by local craftsmen that we selected. Enjoy!

This property has a secured and dedicated parking garage, 3 retail locations in the ground floor, 24/7 security, and 2 pools to choose from.

Fitness Enthusiasts - The ocean facing pool is a lap pool, so bring your googles. The gym is set up with cardio equipment, free weights, and a free movement station, so get your morning sweat on.

Workaholics - The building has a complimentary co-working space equipped with outdoor and indoor worktables, and outdoor conference table, and an indoor conference table. WiFi included.

BBQ - The barbeque deck has ocean views and a kid's pool / sun pool. Complementary grills, food prep station, and dining tables.

Sunset Fanatics - The rooftop lounge is open to all guests and offers the most stunning view of Jaco available. Year-round sunsets abound. Take it in at the beach or from the rooftop, it's a Costa Rican ritual every evening.

Animal Lovers - From the property you'll be able to see pairs of red macaws (parrots) fly over head. They traverse the beachfront looking for their favorite almond trees to dine from or to socialize. It's very common to see toucans, monkeys, sloths, and even more exotic animals on a short hike. For ocean lovers, you can encounter dolphins and stingrays in the water. Jaco is 10 minutes from the national sea turtle nesting site of Costa Rica in Playa Hermosa.

Surfers - you won't get better than this. The property sits immediately adjacent to the river mouth, offering the most consistent wave shape on Jaco Beach. For beginners, a surf school is operated out front, just walk out - sign-up - and choose your board! For advanced surfers, catch the waves in heavy conditions or take a short trip to Playa Hermosa and try to catch a barrel at "back yards".

Foodies - Jaco is one of the best places to eat in Costa Rica, there are multiple great restaurants on the ocean front road, and a short walk to more than you could try if you stayed in Jaco for 6 months. Poke bowls, thai cuisine, grassfed beef, vegan restaurants, sushi, burgers, local sea food, local "comidas typicas", and of course you have to try the gallo pinto for breakfast. The local fruit is the best on earth and the locals celebrate that through delicious smoothies and fruit assortments.

Party Animals - Jaco is known to be a party spot, with bars, micro breweries, night clubs, and casinos all available on the strip.

Caffeine Addicts - Costa Rica is famous for it's coffee and there are lots of local coffee shops to explore. Grab a cup, grab a bag, and take some home with you! Taking a sip never felt so good!

Transit around Pacific Point JacĂł is convenient and flexible. Most guests get around by car, taxi, or ride-sharing services, with easy access to the main road. The beach, restaurants, and shops are just a short drive away, and some areas may be reachable on foot. Private transportation and tours can also be arranged for added convenience during your stay.

The condo has a visitor policy of no parties and no prostitutes allowed in property. All guests need to have a QR access code to enter property and you will need to provide first and last name and passport or license number for each individual guests.
