Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO). SJO airport is only 90 minutes away from this wonderful paradise.

We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.

This condo is at the end of the main road in Jaco, plus is a gated community. Jaco is known throughout the world for its active night life and amazing beaches.

Golf, restaurants and tennis are available (for additional fees at the locations) at the world famous Los Sueños Resort , which is less than 10 miles away.

The Condo is available for 24 hour check-in, starting at 3 pm on the day of check-in.
Guests will need to show ID to the guard at the entrance of the condominium. There is a guard 24 hours.

Guests will receive their PIN for the door of the condo 48 hours prior to check-in.

All types of vehicles can easily make it to the condo. The road is paved the entire way. No need to rent a 4x4. There is plenty of parking available.

This is a rare find. First floor, beachfront condo - it is impossible to be any closer to the beach in Jaco.

The Owner's Suite has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, A/C and walk out to patio with wonderful ocean views. Relax with door open (there is a screen) and listen to the waves of the nearby Pacific Ocean help you relax.
Bedroom two is a queen size bed with A/C.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds which is perfect for kids or two adults traveling together who may not be 'together'.

Pak-n'Play can be rented for an additional $50 USD plus VAT fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

The unit's open floor plan, with kitchen island, provides the perfect location to be together at the beach.

The community swimming pool and Jacuzzi are a 45 second walk from the patio of the condo - it is around the corner so you do not see it - which is a great place to relax.

Coffee shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk from the condo.

The private deck/patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and a great place to end your day with the perfect evening cocktail (or Imperial - Costa Rica's most popular beer).
