The moment you walk in the door the first thing you see is the stunning view. The unit was very clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and there are plenty of close restaurants as well as nearby shopping. Very easy beach access. I would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom. Close to any type of food you may want. JAX beach is a beautiful spot. Dont miss the "Catty Shack" if you make it down, they do great work there. (Not a strip club, it a big cat sanctuary)

The condo was very clean. The host was super easy to contact. The beach was amazing and very easy to get to and the people of Jacksonville Beach are very friendly. This was the third unit that we have stayed in at the Sandpiper and definitely my favorite.

Beautiful place to stay.

We spent a wonderful week at this beach condo. Was worth the amount charged. We enjoyed having the beach entrance right next to the condo and it was handcap accessable. It was nice to have the option of an elevator and stairs. The condo was very clean and up to date. No complaints at all.

A Great 2 month stay.

We spent January and February on the beach in this great condo. The best beds we’ve ever had at a rental. Comfortable everything we needed close to great restaurants lots of happy hours nearby close to Amelia Island in the St. John’s ferry. Waking up every morning to the sun rising over the ocean, watching the surfers. We are definitely coming back.

Beachfront Comfort

Perfect. The condo faces the ocean for amazing sunrises. The furniture was comfortable for our 2 month stay. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of all our other rentals. William furnished the condo with everyone we might need. We went walking every day on the boardwalk. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. A Tea Room nearby. Close to Botanical Gardens, Jacksonville Performing Arts Center and not far from Amelia Island. We are definitely going back.

Great location

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was delightful. Apartment location is perfect, right on the beach and convenient to anything you could want. Kitchen well stocked and beds very comfortable.

Great Condo

This condo is wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The condo is well stocked for anything that you need. We even tried out both beds. They are very comfortable. My husband loved the pillows and said he has already ordered a pillow for home. We will be back soon.

Nice quiet beach condo!

My family stayed here for a week and it was great. Amazing view and only a few steps away from the beach. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a nice stay. It’s not an overly commercialized spot so you have to drive to things but not far at all! I had to contact the owner twice for minor questions and he responded very quickly!

Recovering by the ocean

I had to have a surgical procedure out of town, in Jacksonville. I searched multiple listings and found this property. It was such a relaxing and cozy space to recoup. The beachfront and water views were great. The location was good and I was able to get walks in to the various restaurants , parks, and the pier. The owner has taken such extra steps to make sure your needs are meet and that you feel at home. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again.
