With 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, the layout comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. The spacious family room provides a welcoming place to gather, while large windows and coastal decor bring in natural light and a relaxed atmosphere throughout.

Living & Relaxation
The glass-enclosed sunroom is a standout feature, offering unobstructed ocean views and a quiet space to read, work, or simply enjoy the scenery. Inside, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating ensure year-round comfort. A 50 inch HDTV and Wifi provide easy entertainment, while a dedicated workspace allows you to stay connected if needed.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with new appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, stainless steel single oven, coffee maker, and toaster. A dining table offers a comfortable setting for shared meals, whether you’re starting the day with coffee or winding down in the evening.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged with bed linens, while three full bathrooms include bathroom essentials, a bathtub, and a hair dryer. An iron and hangers are also provided for added convenience.
