Enjoy all that Amelia Island can offer while staying at our Sonrise Retreat property! Located within the desirable (and private!) Omni Amelia Island Plantation at the Beachwood Condominium you have access to the pool and are only steps away from the beach.

Upon entering the property guests will be pleased with the coastal décor throughout. This rental is FULLY equipped and well thought out with everything needed for a relaxing vacation.

The kitchen has been updated with marble mosaic backsplash, kitchen hardware and cool gray paint. Items in the kitchen include but are not limited to a coffee maker, coffee bean grinder/blender, slow cooker, tea kettle, cocktail shaker, knife set, toaster, pots/pans, cookware, utensils etc.

The dining, main living area and private balcony connect effortlessly with the open floor plan. There is plenty of sitting space including to full size sofas and a chair. Guests can enjoy the flat-screen TV with Comcast cable.

The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, flat-screen TV, closet and an on-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest room is thoughtfully designed with two Full size beds, a chair, flat screen TV, and closet. The second bathroom is close by with a shower/tub combo.

While staying here you have full access to the pool and over seven miles of walking and bike trails to explore! The beach is located across the street and there are many beloved shops, restaurants and even a resort spa with close proximity.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and soap along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

Full-size washer/dryer provided as well.

Guests do not have access to Omni Resort Hotel pool or the tram.

Pets are welcome with a pet fee!
