Great property at Fernandina Beach

Family weekend at the beach was made more special by this property. It was close to the beach and the pool. Chad was very responsive to all of my questions. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. The furniture was comfortable too.

The location, beach access and pool quality were all excellent. The elevator was down for a day and the air conditioner was quirky, but all else was just fine. Would go back to this location again.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It had a gorgeous view of the ocean, extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable(better than my one at home). Any questions that I had, were answered promptly. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving get together

Traditional family get together, 6 adults and 2 kids. Lovely views from the 6th floor condo and fun beach days! Beds and baths very nice. W&D in kitchen. We cooked a few times- nice appliances but dishwasher a little rocky- needs stabilized . Has a few TV streaming services included too! “Minor” problem on 3rd day was the elevator was out for 10 hours— got our steps in!!

Wedding Party

Property’s location facing the ocean and the balcony on the sixth floor were fantastic. Three bedrooms with all common areas supplied with necessities made it very comfortable to all of our families. The Ritz was close to attend the wedding and the beach access for walks with friends was memorable. Honestly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Amazing condo and beachfront location!

We all loved this beautifully decorated and maintained beachfront condo. It was just a short 5 minute walk to the ocean and 5 minute drive to the grocery store. The condo was even prettier than in the pictures. It was quiet, clean and cute. We would love to stay again in the future.

Nice Stay - Needs Deep Clean

Good layout, the sleeping accommodations met our needs. Great view of the beach and the pool. The kitchen is small so if you're cooking for family, like we were, it's a little challenging. It is well stocked though and we were able to manage. Quiet neighborhood. It really needs to be deep cleaned. It is apparent that whoever is cleaning is doing it quickly and not thoroughly. There were crackers under furniture in the living space, the coffee maker and toaster were filthy and clearly heavily used. There was an unpleasant odor in the kitchen, which was later discovered to be the washing machine (located in the kitchen). The washing machine is a front loader and no one has been cleaning the rubber housing - there is mildew/mold in and on the rubber housing. We ended up using a washing machine cleaning tab which cut down on the odor but did not actually clean the machine. Several of the beds had dust and small amounts of debris under them. It just feels like it's time for the condo to be deeply cleaned, top to bottom, including the furniture. The uncleanliness of the living spaces made us second guess the cleanliness of the linens and blankets provided. On the positive side, there were a lot of games, dvds and books to use, plenty of hangers, and enough room for four adults (could house more than that).

An enjoyable stay!

The condo was just like the pics. It was by the pool and on the beach. The house was very well stocked with any needs for adults down to infants. There were beach chairs, toys, towels, beach wagon, and umbrella. Perfect for a day out. The area was quiet and very clean. The host would respond quickly and the communication was easy with the host. It was one of our favorite places, yet! Thanks for sharing 😀

Overall a great experience and condo! My only apologies is not being able to communicate back to the owner, but the VRBO app was having trouble communicating. I could receive his messages but could not respond. Would definitely come back and stay there again!

Great location and Views

A very comfortable stay. The balcony was a bit small but it was too hot to really utilize it anyway. Basic as far as amenities and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and wifi was sufficient. Nice beach access and very quiet. Easy parking.

Can’t do any better than this one!

This condo is even better than the pictures portrayed. The view is magnificent from the sixth floor and not only does to overlook the beach but also the pool. It is so convenient to downtown being less than fifteen minutes away which made it great to shop and eat in the many great restaurants that are off the beaten path. The huge problem with this place, I’m warning you, is once you get there you won’t want to leave. Thank you Chad for being a great host.
