Morning light filters through the enclosed sunroom as the Sawgrass Golf & Country Club golf course stretches out beyond the glass - a view that sets the tone for the kind of unhurried stay this Ponte Vedra condo delivers. Vaulted ceilings lift the living space, and as the afternoon fades, the indoor fireplace brings a quiet warmth to the room. Sorry, no pets.

Living Space
The single-story layout connects the living and dining areas beneath those soaring vaulted ceilings, keeping the atmosphere open and easy. An HDTV anchors the lounge, while the indoor fireplace makes cooler evenings genuinely comfortable. The enclosed sunroom extends the living space further still - a calm spot for reading, catching up on work at the dedicated workspace, or simply watching the neighborhood settle into its rhythm with the golf course as a constant backdrop.

Sleeping Arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 beds. Each room is set up with bed linens, hangers, and storage space so you can unpack and feel at home from the start.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and fresh towels. Both include a bathtub, giving you the option to slow down and properly unwind after a day out.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen has everything needed to put meals together without any fuss, and the adjacent dining table is well placed for shared breakfasts or relaxed evening dinners. The open-plan design keeps the kitchen connected to the living area, so conversation carries easily whether someone is cooking or settled in by the fire.

Outdoor Living
Step outside onto the patio and into the greens of the surrounding community. The backyard - an open grassy area - provides room to relax in the fresh air, and the golf course setting gives the whole property a quietly scenic quality. Within the Sawgrass Golf & Country Club community, you have access to the community pool and the community beach access point, making it easy to move between poolside afternoons and time along the shore.

Comfort & Convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable year-round. Wifi is available for both streaming and remote work, and a washer and dryer add practicality for longer visits. A private entrance makes arrivals and departures simple, and free parking on premises - 2 spaces - is included. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Please Note: Amenities including the community pool and community beach access point are private to Sawgrass Golf & Country Club residents and guests. There is no parking at the beach access point.

Great condition and awesome management

We had some last minute changes to our trip due to weather and a hospitalization, and the management company for this property was extremely responsive and flexible. The property was also perfect. You cannot go wrong with them.

Clean, spacious and in a great location

The condo was beautiful and as pictured in the ad. We had great communication with the owner who answered all of our questions. My only suggestion is add a keyless entry if possible and some more dishes.

The property manager welcomed us with an email stating that the property is a "5 star" property and asked for feedback if our expectations were not met, but over the course of our stay, we found numerous examples of poor maintenance.

The condo manager James was a pleasure to work with, he assisted with setting up everything for our visit it was so easy. The condo was near everything inside the community. The only thing it was missing was beach towels.

Beautiful property that needs some updating/cleaning

Perfect location for this nicely decorated property. Primary shower needs a heavy duty cleaning with a steamer to remove mold and years of buildup on grout. Dining room rug terribly stained, dining chairs stained. Needs new pillows. Otherwise a beautiful property!

Bright, spacious, comfortable and clean !

This condo is bright, spacious, clean and updated. Great location, central to everything. Ten minute walk to beach. Condo should supply beach chairs and beach towels. No mattress pad for king bed. Could use more hooks to hang towels in bathroom. Also, only about 6 coat hangers available for all three bedrooms. Otherwise, beautiful condo, had a lovely stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me say that I've been extremely satisfied with the company in the past. The unit was fabulous. However, due to the mandatory evacuation order our stay was abbreviated and no refund was given for the night we missed. They did give us our late checkout fee back but considering the circumstances, and the fact that the majority of our friends were allowed to check in to their units or offered a refund for one night, a bad taste was left in my mouth. The unit was fantastic though. Highly recommend this location.
