The Space:

Step into vacation mode with this charming oceanfront villa, Sandcastle Court #277, located on Amelia Island!



Situated beachside on the prestigious Omni Resort grounds, this one bedroom, one bathroom unit is beautifully decorated with bright, natural tones, perfectly suiting the abundant light and sweeping sea breezes coming in from the ocean-facing balcony. This unit is fully updated and furnished with tasteful, comfortable furnishings and décor. Found here, as well, are a number of highly sought-after amenities and luxuries, including a fully equipped, well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, spacious common areas, updated bathroom with granite and tiling, and a cozy, well-furnished bedroom with direct access to the balcony. The bedroom offers two large, comfortable beds with high-quality linens.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.



Sandcastles Villas is one of the most popular rental destinations on the Omni Resort grounds, where you will find three and a half miles of sand and surf, miles of biking and walking trails, and several pristine golf courses. Just minutes away from many popular island attractions, you can spend the day venturing into Historic Downtown, where restaurants and shops are abundant, or spend the day soaking in the natural beauty of Amelia Island at Fort Clinch State Park or Egans Creek. Whatever you choose to do, this property will provide you with an unforgettable vacation!



The laundry room for this property is located in the building. This unit does not contain a washer or dryer.



Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.



All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.

We arrived at this condo & the elevator was not working! We were on the 3rd floor & we are both in our 70’s ( 75 & 73)! We called the main office at least 10 times to tell this was unacceptable! We had to pay a young man to help us get everything up to 3rd Floor. We came from 2 different directions & met there. We had brought a lot of food etc. The day we checked out -3 days later - the elevator was working! On my was home I realized I had left a pair of new sandles & some clothing in a drawer, I called & talked with Noah & Shelby & told them if they sent my belongings I would not ask for a discount, they said they would do that & send me a tracking number. They never DID!!! I called at least 10 times & asked anout my belongings, I gave up yesterday & decided to write a review!

This place was very old and outdated. The sheets had been washed so many times, they were paper thin and I wondered the whole time whether they had been washed. The rug was old, thin, worn out and buckling. The doorknobs were rusty and ancient. There was only one chair for sitting out on the deck and despite communicating this, no one helped get us another. This unit is too outdated and should not garner the price they are asking. Would not stay here again.

The unit was not cleaned when we checked in. But when I called someone was there within 10 minutes and They cleaned it. Inside the unit is a bit tired and can use a deep cleaning. The bedroom carpet is in poor shape that being said

Old and dated

Walls are beat up and needs addressing. Sofa had a large stain on it and appears to be very old. New refrigerator binds when opening it against the wall. I was afraid to open it completely due to the binding issue. Carpet has a lot of stains and needs replacing. There was a smoky smell when we walked in. My wife used a 1/4 of Frebreeze trying to cover the smell. The owners closet was completely off the hinges and stayed wide open. I've stayed in Sandcastles numerous times this one really needs a lot of work.

People and service was great. Had issues with the internet an tv that never really went away. Hard to log in and the service spotty...kept getting dropped. TV was a challenge with 2 remotes and trying to get into programs... We just didnt watch much tv. Toilet bowl has a leak in base under the seat. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and your people were very attentive amd responsive. The unit can use a face lift.

Great location - tired property

The unit is well located with excellent view of the ocean and the development is very nice, but the unit is very tired. The rug in the bedroom looked filthy. The couch looked unclean such that we did not want to sit on it. We had no internet for our entire 3 day stay and that affected television specialty channels as well. This was very inconvenient as we could not carry on our business while we were away. The unit is well equipped for cooking. I do not believe that the unit was unclean but it is so tired that it can appear that way. I am looking for a rebate of some of the cost for the inconvenience of the absence of internet.
