The ideal beach getaway at Amelia Island Omni Resort, this one bedroom, one bathroom includes every comfort of home, as well as exclusive luxuries and ammenities. Beautifully decorated in soothing tones with tasteful fixtures and furnishings, this unit includes a fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen, updated appliances, cozy, group-oriented common areas, and a recently remodeled bathroom with granite finishings. The bedroom offers two large, comfortable beds and direct access to the ocean-facing balcony. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the sea or spend the evening listening to the waves with a book and a glass of wine.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.



While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15 minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.



Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.



The laundry room for this property is located in the building. This unit does not contain a washer or dryer.



All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.
